Content: For piano. Caption title. Trio begins on p. 4. "Respectfully inscribed to Genl John J. Pershing and the men of the A.E.F."--Top center of cover. Cover illustrated with a colored lithograph depicting General Pershing on horseback leading troops on the battle field and two apparitions dressed as medieval crusaders behind him. "Special U.S. official design used by courtesy of Committee on Public Information"--Printed on cover beneath composer's name.
