Ownership: Keynsham Abbey? Collection of Dr. Thomas Addis Emmet. Presented in 1896 by John S. Kennedy.
Content: 1-line and 2-line blue and gold initials with opposing color penwork. Larger painted initials on gold with extensions creating border, and border decorations in blue, gold, orange etc. Rubrics. Last three folios show simpler decoration -- see photo.

Content: 30 lines in two columns (33 lines in calendar), ruled in pencil and pen, prickings and catchwords visible.
Content: De Ricci, 1318. Chart by Dr. G.B. Guest. Library dossier.
