Content: 36 lines in two columns, ruled in pencil. Catchwords visible. One quire of two folios, followed by eight quires of ten folios each.

Content: 6-line multi-colored initials on gold fields. Alternating red and blue 4-line initials with opposing color penwork, often extending far into border. Rubrics. Red and blue placemarkers. Daubs of yellow as placemarkers.
Content: De Ricci does not give a place for this manuscript; Dr. Guest suggests Italy? Notes in dossier also say that it is Italian.
