Content: The final folio, f. 67, is one half of a sheet from a music manuscript; the other half functions as the back pastedown..
Content: Service book has 18-19 lines per page, ruled in very light pen, catchwords visible. Quire structure: one quire with one folio (pages missing), followed by seven quires of eight folios each, one quire of four folios, one quire of five folios, and a final leaf (pt. 2).

Content: 3-line gold initials on pink and blue fields. 1-line and 2-line red and blue initials. Rubrics.
Content: Printed and in-house sources refrain from proposing a date; a note tucked into the manuscripts suggests the late 15th century.
