Ownership : Collection of John Ruskin of Brantwood, with marginal notes in his own hand.

Content : Dictionary Catalog, 906.

Content : There are several sets of foliations in this manuscript. The correct set is in the upper right corner. It appears alone, or with an incorrect set below it, or not at all.

Content : Ivy leaf border around opening miniature. 6-line blue initial on gold and red field. 2-line red and blue initials with opposing-color penwork. Yellow daubs as placemarkers. Rubrics. 1-line initials open each line of verse.

Content : Quire structure indicates that the first vellum leaf should be counted as a flyleaf, not as part of the first quire.

Content : 34 lines in two columns, ruled in light black pen, catchwords and some quire signatures and prickings visible. Collation: I-IV (8 folios each); V (7 folios); VI-XXI (8 folios each); XXII (4 folios).
