Content: Printed on mount: "Historic Charlottesville estate now fashionable country club. Above view of the present Farmington Country Club a colonial residence that has been in the Wood family for more than 200 years. Designed by Thomas Jefferson and completed before Monticello - it has similar features - boasting round stone windows and octagon shaped walls. It was opened last month after a half million dollars had been spent developing it into a country club.'
