Additional physical form: Archival original (1 sound disc : analog, 33 1/3 rpm, mono., aluminum-based lacquer ; 12 in.) belonged originally to Helen Kaufman; given to Rodgers & Hammerstein Archives by Philip L. Miller, Mar. 6, 1981, in *LJ-12 5929.
Acquisition: Gift (CD); David Hall; May 2008.
