Content: Portraits of heavyweight boxing champion Jack Jackson. Collection includes numerous views of Johnson in boxing attire and boxing with a variety of opponents, such as, Joe Jeanette, Jess Willard, Jim Jeffries, Tommy Burns, andSam McVey in the ring; other images include Johnson and a group of men outside the jail in Galveston, Tex.; with histrainers and sparring partners; shadow boxing with Marty Culter; couching Abe Simon, with one of his wives in Europe; and a wedding photo with another wife. Full, halfand quarter length images are included.
