Claudia Gitelman discusses the history of modern dance and Hanya Holm's background, career, choreographic process, and the reconstruction process of Homage to Mahler; Elisabeth Grasberger recites some information on Hanya Holm and also reads a letter in German; concludes with the dancers Kimberly Gibilisco and Adam Klotz talking about their backgrounds; the difference in the tempo of the Mahler's Kindertotenlieder in the 1950s to present; Antony Tudor also creating a work to Kindertotenlieder music, Dark Elegies; and a comparison/contrast of ballet and modern dance.
