Content : Picture caption: "Das sind neun Männer der deutschen Luftwaffe, nur ein paar von den Hunderten, die Tag für Tag den Kampf nach England tragen. Diese neun deutschen Flieger waren zusammen über 2000 mal am Feind und haben insgesamt 112 Gegner abgeschossen."

Content : The airplane is a Messerschmitt Me-109 fighter, used to escort German bombers on their attacks against England. Note the life jackets worn by the pilots in case they are shot down over the English channel.
