Content : Despite extravagant pre-war claims about the "pinpoint accuracy" of daylight bombing, hitting targets from the air proved extremely difficult. When the raids took place at night, as did the first British air raids on Berlin, the attackers were lucky to get their bombs anywhere near their targets. This photo's caption continues on Image ID: 3975569.
