Jack O'Brian announces Jan Peerce's upcoming benefit recital at Carnegie Hall, New York, N.Y., dedicated to the Friends of Refugees of Eastern Europe [January 22, 1982], and interviews Peerce, who discusses various topics, such as his career as an operatic tenor at the Metropolitan Opera, his experience working with various conductors, his tour to Israel where he sang cantorial masterpieces, and others.
