Description
One of the most popular works of English fiction, "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" was written by Charles Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. Based on a story he created to amuse some young friends, it describes the adventures of a young girl named Alice who falls through a rabbit hole into a fantasy world, and the illustrations by John Tenniel have become as iconic as the characters they depict.
