Broadside real estate maps announcing auctions conducted by James Bleecker & Sons, Franklin & Jenkins, and others of lots in early 19th century New York City. Organized in groups by neighborhood: Financial district; Greenwich Village, East Village, including New York University; West Village; SoHo & Tribeca; Lower East Side. Within neighborhood groups, arranged by sequence number assigned by dealer. Maps show lots; some show existing buildings and names of property owners. Some maps announce auctions for property comprising estates of named decedents, such as Henry A. Coster and W.W. Gilbert.
