The signatories to the authorizations include eminent 19th century rabbis. The Yiddish authorization is signed by three women. The acting British Consul in Jerusalem attests that the seals and signatures are genuine. The title page and first page have colored decorations and it has a modern tooled leather binding and decorated endpages.
