Abstract

Bristol "your man" has received the money sent him; he and his companion behave very well; they have become pretty good in reading and writing and have a fair notion of the Christian faith; as for Hopkins's son, he cannot keep up with his class and did not appear at the winter examinations; thinks the fault was in putting him in too advanced a class at first.
