Program of speeches and performances advocating nuclear disarmament. Among the many speakers are Richard J. Barnet, Dr. Jonathan Lorch of Physicians for Social Responsibility, Joseph Papp, Meryl Streep, Cora White of the Riverside Church Disarmament Program, Lukas Foss, Ellen Burstyn, Ishmael Houston-Jones, Colleen Dewhurst, Andre Gregory, and Trisha Brown. The performances include a selection from Dead end kids, performed by Mabou Mines ; excerpts from José Limón's There is a time, danced by the José Limón Dance Company ; a musical piece by Laurie Anderson ; and songs by James Taylor and Ronnie Gilbert.
