Description
A motley crowd, gathered outside a cafe, watch a man in a cloak and cocked hat with seventeen dogs dressed in contemporary attire. Several of the animals are about to leap through a hoop. At left a man strikes a drum and plays a flute while another holds a tambourine and passes a hat.
