Sound quality is very good. The recording is marred by "tape hiss".
Interview with Margot Fonteyn conducted by John Gruen on May 7, 1973 in New York City. This interview was used as a basis for a New York Times article by John Gruen, and later for a chapter in his book, The private world of ballet (Viking Press, New York).
