Venue: Videotaped for the Jerome Robbins Archive on April 7, 1989 at Aaron Davis Hall, City College, New York, by Kirk Simon and Karen Goodman, with the assistance of grants from the New York State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
Creation/production credits: Choreography: Paul Taylor. Music: György Ligeti (Concerto for violoncello and orchestra, and excerpts from Chamber concerto for thirteen players). Costumes: Santo Loquasto.
Performers: Performed by members of the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Cast: Purples: Linda Kent and Christopher Gillis with Elie Chaib, Jeff Wadlington, Mary Cochran, Francie Huber, Joseph Bowie, and Manuel Rodriguez; Reds: Cathy McCann with Karla Wolfangle, Raegan Wood, Sandra Stone, Constance Dinapoli, Hernando Cortez, and David Grenke.
