Extent: 1 audiotape reel (approximately 37 min.) : analog, 3 3/4 ips., two track mono ; 7 in.
Description
Mike Todd (Jr.), the son of a famous theater and film producer Mike Todd who cast Bobby Clark in five Broadway shows, recalls some episodes and stunts from these productions, his father's relationship with Clark, and his father's objective to put Clark's comic talent and acrobatic skills in the center of the shows that assured the success of these performances. Some of the recollections touch upon Clark's individual qualities such rationality, frugality, and perfectionism. The 2nd part, a meaningless 27-second extract from an unidentified recording, is not related to the interview.
