Abstract

Rehearsal for a dance work intended to be presented simultaneously in two adjacent spaces, A and B. Audiences in one space viewed a live performance juxtaposed with video footage of the action in the other space. The first 25 min. of the tape provide a view of the choreography shot from medium range. The second section contains a rehearsal with the videographers, who film the dancers at close range, from constantly shifting angles. In the final 2 min., containing audio only, Solomons and the dancers discuss choreographic details. For documentation of the performance, see: *MGZIC 9-6273.
