Videocassette
Extent: 1 videocassette (VHS) (123 min.) : sound, color ; 1/2 in.
Description
Mikhail Baryshnikov and White Oak Dance Project in performance at Auditorium Theatre. Baryshnikov is solo in "Unspoken Territory" and dances with the company in "Tchaikovsky Dance". The company performs "Y" and "Profiles". This recording differs from its companions in the replacement of Hernando Cortez with Michael Lomeka and in a rendition of "Happy Birthday" for one of the dancers. Visual quality is poor and large sections of the audio are missing: this is particularly evident during a soundless violin duet. Audio 'dropout' occurs several minutes in, so that only the right channel is audible.
