Abstract

Former Cockette member Martin Worman interviews fellow Cockette and disco star Sylvester about his recollections of the time he spent with the troupe, some of his loves and stories of the past. Sylvester passed away from HIV a month after the interview. Worman later wrote a paper based on this interview (or chapter) in May 1992: "Sylvester: A dish before dying".
