Content: 2-line and 4-line alternating red and blue initials with opposing penwork extending into borders. 1-line red and blue initials. Chapter numbers and book names in red and blue. Rubrics and placemarkers including pale yellow daubs. Marginal notes.
Content: 45 lines in two columns (ff. 446v-448v, 57-9 lines in two columns), ruled in pencil, prickings visible. Quire signatures and catchwords visible.

Content: ff. 1v and 2 have poem in French and table of contents in Latin; ff. 446v-448v have prologues in a later hand which are missing in main text (notes in margin of main text direct reader to these folios). Leaf missing between ff. 224 and 225.
