Content: Opening initial and some subsequent initials (6-line, 8-line etc) have long extensions into border, in gold, blue, red etc. Alternating 2-line red and blue initials with opposing penwork. Red and blue chapter #s and book names. Rubrics and placemarkers.
Date: Sources disagree as to place and date of this manuscript. De Ricci places it in England ca. 1300. Guest places it in England, possibly Oxford, ca. 1230s. Later hands write notes in margin, on last folios.
Content: Span of folios for text includes pages of notes.
