Content: Buying and selling of slaves and mules without the assistance of a licensed broker is forbidden and such trades in the city of Lisbon are null and void, and subject to penalties. The brokers have chosen a house on the Praca do Ro cio (i.e. the main square in the center of Lisbon) for the transactions of such trades.
