Content: Printed on border: "On March 6, 1873, a body of Metropolitan Police, under orders from General Longstreet, the commander of the Kellogg Militia, marched to Odd Fellows Hall, where the McEnery legislature was in session, and arrested the only [five] members who refused to disperse or to leave the building."
