Content: Written on border: "Marsyas plays the double flute beating time with his foot as he sits on a rock beside a pine tree. Apollo plays the cithara. A cloak attached with a large fibula covers his shoulders. The nymph of the Aulocrene or Minerva Aedon is seated and rests her feet on a hypopodium."
