Abstract

The original pen and Ink sketch of Shirley Brooks interviewing duMaurier and arranging the details of the latter's illustrations of "Sooner or Later", With long humorous inscription at foot in duMaurier's hand-writing, The drawing is entitled "An Author's a Fate in the Resources of an Artist". At the bottom of the page is a most interesting three line piece giving duMaurier's full name, birth-place, where educated, etc.
