"This map was compiled from surveys of ranges made for the Association in 1883 by S.T. Wood, Fred Eckert, T.W. Walton [and] C.H. Burgess, and is believed to contain the best infor[matio]n accessible concerning the location of ranches, cam[ps,] range lines, etc. on this lease."
