Venue: Videotaped in studio rehearsal, in rehearsal clothes, circa October 1975.
Creation/production credits: Choreography: Erick Hawkins. Music: Virgil Thomson (Symphony no. 2 in C major).
Performers: Performed by Hawkins and members of the Erick Hawkins Dance Company.
Funding: Preservation of this video was supported by a grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.

Extent: 1 videotape reel (22 min.) : sound, black and white ; 1/2 in.
Description
Rehearsal preceded by approx. 6 min. of test shots, including glimpses of a company (?) class taught by Hawkins. In addition to performing, Hawkins is heard off-camera directing the rehearsal. Tape ends before the conclusion of the work. Brief, unstable footage of the year daimon solo from Greek dreams, with flute, at end of tape.
