Content: Summary: [The text provides a humorous version of the Willow Plate story]: Chang, a man, elopes with Li-Chi, an only daughter, and leaves her on an island. Her father chases after them; Chang informs him that they are already married, but the wedding certificate is post-dated by 3 months; the gods turn the couple into a pair of doves, but the narrator opines that he nor other humans would want to be turned into a plate.
