Description
Pat Harrington Sr., an actor and a former colleague of Bobby Clark, famous comedian, whom he met at the Lambs Club in 1939 and who remained his friend over the years, recalls their collaboration in an immensely successful burlesque revue "Star and Garter" directed by Mike Todd, and speaks about Clark's talent, his deeply rooted sense of comedy and perfection, his kindness and consideration that he extended to many people, his unparalleled diligence and work ethic, and his shyness. Harrington offers an explanation as to the reason Clark, despite such a universal recognition in the theater, didn't gain popularity in television.
