Biographical/historical: Titles updated to replace all identifications of Preshy Marker with Karen Black and all identifications of Brian Davies with Patrick Fox, per DC feedback from patron Alan Gomberg. Photos are from New Haven tryout and replacements were made before NYC opening, so removing inheritance of the NYC location. (2024-02-02 EHC)
Biographical/historical: Patrick Fox was replaced by Brian Davies before the production opened in New York in May 1962. Karen Black was replaced by Preshy Marker.
