Content: Printed on verso: "'Three Harbors Hill' home of Mrs. Muriel T. Eden, on Horseshoe Road, Mill Neck. Built in 1904, the stone used in the construction cane from Manhattan Island's bedrock, granite from the excavation for the early New York City Subway System. Interesing because of this fact."
