Description
Mikhail Baryshnikov and White Oak Dance Project with Yvonne Rainer. Part of the recording is a rehearsal of "After Many a Summer Dies the Swan", particularly discussions of the movement and fine details. The footage includes Baryshnikov leading the company in exercises at the barre and through a small ballet routine. There are also casual moments: Raquel Aedo and Baryshnikov playing with a dog, company members taking coffee and cigarette breaks. Audio levels somewhat low at times, otherwise fine.
