Description
During 20 minutes of the interview with two unidentified persons, Lucinda Childs speaks about Merce Cunningham and Robert Dunn with whom she studied, Lucinda Childs Dance Company that she founded, her work in Paris, her collaboration with Mikhail Baryshnikov, and her choreographic works and her minimalistic style. The rest of the recording is a rehearsal of Childs' works Concerto and Carnation with Baryshnikov and dancers of White Oak Dance Project under her supervision for probably performances in BAM in 2001.
