DescriptionMikhail Baryshnikov and White Oak Dance Project during a warm-up, rehearsal, and informal performance. Baryshnikov leads the company through a series of ballet exercises, then Yvonne Rainer directs the rehearsal of "After Many a Summer Dies the Swan". The warm-up is informal, with Baryshnikov humorously invoking "dance". The company rehearses and performs "See Through Knot" for a small audience. Visual quality is fine, with a few blank areas between edits. Very poor audio quality during Michael Lomeka's rehearsal and loud static from 52:26-52:40. The label on the archival original incorrectly describes this recording as a "Past Forward" rehearsal.
