Abstract

Bust-length portrait of the Danish choreographer and ballet master August Bournonville from the cover of the December 7, 1879 issue of the Danish periodical Ude og hjemme. Accompanies an article written on the occasion of his death on Nov. 30, 1879. The article, by Edvard Brandes, continues on the verso but is not complete.
