Description
A compilation of film and video excerpts from Merce Cunningham works created during the 1960s. Unless otherwise noted, all clips are from the same year as Cunningham's creation of the individual pieces. The program begins with a clip from Crises (1960). This is followed by a segment from Story (1963) (3:30). Next seen is a clip from Variations V (1965) (4:36). Next up is a clip from 1968's Rainforest, as seen in the MCDC's Event For Television (1977) (8:36). The selections conclude with 1968's Walkaround Time (13:29). Note that the program is on a continuous loop, so all content after 17:34 is a repeat of the above material.
