Content: Picture caption: "Sperrfeuer gegen England! Wie ein Vorhang aus Eisen legt sich das Sperrfeuer der deutschen Marineartillerie vor die Einfahrt eines Kanalhafens. Hier kommt kein englisches Schiff mehr durch."
Content: The first part of the Battle of Britain was almost daily German attacks on British coastal shipping in the English Channel. The British ships (many of which did survive) were attacked by "Stuka" dive bombers as well as these coastal batteries.
