Description
Leida Snow interviews on telephone Marjorie Heins, the founder and director of the Arts Censorship Project. Heins talks about her work as co-counsel on the ACLU case Reno v. ACLU to be heard at the U.S. Supreme Court in July 1998 that led the court striking down the Communications Decency Act as an unconstitutional violation of the First Amendment. Snow also sets up time for her visit to Heins's office in Manhattan to review the papers prepared for the court for her article about the Court.
