3 documents concerning a Frederick County court case: Petition dated 24th Nov. 1794 (2 pages) -- document filed 1 April 1795 (4 pages) -- Interrogatories and testimony of Henry Miller undated (2 pages). Case regarding the right of possession of slaves as plaintiff Night moved from the Carolinas into Maryland and therefore was a freed man.
