Thanks him for letter of the 9th, giving news of his family; there is no fear that the Commissioners may delude the colonies; folly will continue to mark the British councils; God will take care of the people; expulsion of the troops from Boston is a great event; it is conjectured that they will go to Halifax; sends compliments to his friends, particularly to Mr. Morris.
