Description
The fleet that dropped down to Sandy Hook on the 12th is still there, the wind being unfavorable; enumerates the troops on board; thinks their destination is Florida; Col. [Sir Archibald] Campbell commands them; Sir Henry Clinton has returned to New York from Long Island; the refugees are to form a line across that island from Lloyd's Neck to Blue Point, supported by three British regiments; arrival of three vessels dismasted.
