Ginger Rogers discusses her current show at Radio City Music Hall entitled, A Rockettes Spectacular; winning a Charleston competition as a child; her mother's influence on her career; performing in 3-6 vaudeville shows a day as a child; the last time she danced with Fred Astaire at the Academy Awards; briefly talks about Howard Hughes, George Gershwin, and Gene Raymond in Flying Down to Rio, Joe E. Brown in You Said a Mouthful, and Fred Astaire; meeting and working with Mr. Astaire and what he was like as a partner and a choreographer; includes Question and Answer session; performer in A Rockettes Spectacular joins the interview with Ms. Rogers; interview with Vertigo dance company's Helen Kent, Robin Batteau, and Carlo Pellegrini; interview and performance with Bertram Ross; and Jacques D'Amboise and his National Dance Institute; concludes with an excerpt from the game show Crosswits.
