The concert is preceded by the fund-raising address from Peerces wife Alice Peerce, and commentaries by Jan Peerce. Peerce talks about his life and career as a cantor, operatic tenor, and a singer of Yiddish and Hebrew folk songs, tells Jewish jokes, and sings live various songs.
