Abstract

Excerpts from interviews with various well known musical conductors such as Andre Kostelanetz who talks about the upcoming concert of classical music at Carnegie Hall that he is going to conduct, and recalls another famous American conductor Walter Damrosch; includes 1945 recording in which Damrosch recalls the 1891 opening of Carnegie Hall and his impressions of P.I. Tckaikovsky; and dramatized interview with Damrosch.
