Description
Ceremony for the 1999 Lord & Taylor holiday windows unveiling. National Dance Institute opens the ceremony with a performance of "The Other Side of My World". Then Marshall Hilsberg, Chairman and CEO of Lord & Taylor, presents Charles Lyons, president of the US Committee for UNICEF, with a donation in honor of the windows' theme, inspired by the book "My Wish for Tomorrow". Sarah Jessica Parker, as a spokesperson for the US Committee for UNICEF, talks a bit about the windows and their inspiration and introduces the Hunter College High School Jazz Chorus performing "We Are the World", after which she officially unveils the holiday windows.
